Carmelita Cabernet Franc 2014 is deep ruby red in colour. The bouquet displays intense aromas of roasted pepper, red berries and spicy notes like black pepper. Sweet and smooth on the palate, this full bodied wine has ripe, round tannins and an elegant and long finish.

Bottling | Bottled on the 18th November 2015. Unfiltered to ensure aromatic integrity. The wine will show deposits after cellaring - decanting an hour before drinking is recommended. |
